Hot air balloon ride video

Hello,

Here is a mini video of my ultimate hot air balloon ride.

Cappadocia, Turkey is one of the most popular places in the world to go up in a hot air balloon. It was quite a peaceful and calm one hour ride. The landscape was simply beautiful. Waking up at 4 am to make the 6 am ride was also very exciting. Thankfully the weather was fitting for the ride to happen. I loved being up in the air and seeing so many other balloons alongside mine at sunrise. Here is a glimpse of my unforgettable experience. Enjoy!

  1. I saw a TV program this weekend about Turkey. It showed people touring one of those ancient underground towns you showed pictures of in an earlier blog post, as well as the hot air balloons. It was especially interesting since I’d learned about those places and events on your blog!

    1. Ahh so cool that you recognized touristic Turkey sites through my blog. I guess I’m going to the right places and show casting the right cities of Turkey. Glad you read my blog posts on the regular. Thank you for your loyal readership.

        1. Haha yeah so thrilling but also very calm. It’s very quiet and relaxing. Different than a plane because you’re actually outside in the hot air balloon. While in a plane unless you get window seat, you don’t really see what’s going on and you’re above the clouds. But both great flying experiences!

          1. More exhilarating than being in the front seat of an incredibly huge roller coaster. The first spec of wind turbulence would have me curled up tighter than an armadillo at the bottom of that basket! Anyone looking to reconnect with life should try a balloon ride.

  2. That smiley face in the top of your balloon was so cute 🙂 Goes from a great shot of you looking so happy, then to that adorable smiling face on your balloon. You captured brilliant views of the landscapes, breathtaking. Thank you 🙂 God bless you 🙂
